Delivery
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after receiving your payment.
We use Royal Mail tracked parcel service and are dependent on their delivery times to get your products to you.
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Our standard delivery option is 2nd class, but you can choose to pay for a faster service:

Free Delivery
If your order comes to £30 or more postage and packing is free.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your delivery.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gatheredandgrown.co.uk within 3 days of receipt so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
As we grow and make all of our teas ourselves we focus on making the best possible tea and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your tea or you’re you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unless there is a fault with your tea, then all returns must be unopened and in their original packaging. This means that they must be in as-new condition and still be sealed.
If your order is a bespoke product or perishable/short-dated then we may not be able to accept a return unless the product is faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of sending the product/s back to us, and it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us in good condition.

Email us at info@gatheredandgrown.co.uk to let us know you would like to start a return.

Package the item securely.

Send it back to us at the address provided in your return confirmation.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened tea products for health and safety reasons.
If you have any issues that we may be able to rectify please feel to let us know in case we can solve the problem before sending the teas back.
