A soothing and uplifting lunchtime infusion, perfect with food or on its own! Our noon blend combines refreshing mint with the warming sweetness of fennel seed and beautiful blue borage flowers to create a tea that smells and tastes amazing.
Every one of our plants are hand-grown, dried and blended by us before being packaged in re-usable tins or cardboard tube refills. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place to keep your tea in great condition.
Ingredients: Moroccan mint leaf, fennel seed and borage flower.
We grow without artificial fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides or peat and we employ no-dig methods to improve our natural environment both above and below ground.
Noon blend
Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup in an infuser or teapot. Use boiling water to brew for 5 minutes or longer if you prefer a stronger flavour.
